Rampant CrossFit

So you’ve heard about CrossFit from friends, family, social media and it’s brought you to Rampant CrossFit.

We offer a Free One Week trial period. Your week will include an overview of CrossFit, meeting the staff, facility tour, and a workout. All intro weeks are offered to athletes brand new to CrossFit. This allows our coaching staff to individually assess your current fitness level and discuss goals in a comfortable environment. We will contact you to schedule your first class once you register!

ABOUT COACH JASON SEYERLE

Jason Seyerle is the Rampant CrossFit Academy Head Coach and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Coaching from the University of Akron. He also holds a CrossFit Level I Certification.
